Hand on cover was traditionally painted with watercolor (by me!). This is the painting that it was based on. The had was selected, masked, and background was used for the funky psychedelic effect after being liquified. Blueish gradient overlay was added on top, with low opacity.

Book Spine. Thought the yellow would look cool, and add to the whole theme of the book. Subtitle and name on bottom are masked with original background image.
